Futurm Ostrava

Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services at OC Futurum Ostrava stores, these stores are marked with a sticker on the window.

Vouchers are sold in denominations of 100, 200, 500 and 1000 CZK and can only be purchased at our CASH POINT exchange office in OC FUTURUM opposite the Sano Pharmacy.

OC Frýda

The Frýcard can be exchanged for goods and services in all OC FRÝDA stores, with the exception of Billa and Geco supermarkets. You can buy cards at the CASH POINT exchange office in denominations of 200, 500 and 1000 CZK. The Frýcard is delivered in an elegant envelope with the possibility of personal dedication.

Cards can be used for a single purchase, while you can redeem multiple cards for one purchase. The card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and unused value is non-refundable.‍
